We are a mini highland/highpark family operated business, focused on quality (short/compact) miniature cattle with the shaggy hair we all love!
Our family has generations of experience raising commercial and angus cattle, but our mini cattle adventure began in 2020. After years of researching, we purchased our first mini highland Lucy, and she stole our hearts! We have been hooked ever since! We have valued mentors across the United States that have helped us in building a quality fold to ensure the success of producing quality miniature cattle for our customers.
We feel very blessed to be on this venture with our family and look forward to the future!
What you can expect when purchasing from us:
At Winding Brooke Mini Ranch, our vision is to produce quality Miniature Highland and Highpark Cattle that are thick-bodied, short/compact, and full of fluff! We do not breed the “chondro” gene to another “chondro”. Our program consists of “chondro” to “non-chondro” breedings. We also do not offer bottle calves unless there is a needed reason to do so.
When you purchase a calf from us, your calf will come fully vaccinated, registered with the IMCBR, socialized, and started on halter training. We also offer lifetime breeder support to our customers and look forward to building relationships with other mini cow lovers!
